Not only is your facility fee included in the price, but also your in-house catering (with flexibility), coordinator, decor, unlimited chairs, tables, white or ivory linens, silverware, china, glassware, centerpieces (non-floral), and coffee bar.
Three ceremony areas – Outdoor and Indoor
We have two outdoor ceremony areas as well as an indoor area providing either a fast and flexible rain plan or an additional ballroom for your guests to enjoy before your outdoor ceremony.
From your first tour to your special day and every day in between, The Terrace Club coordinators will work with you on every detail.
We take care of the setup, decorating, take down, and clean up
We set everything up for you at no extra cost – including all in-house decor, as well as anything you bring in. And, we stay to clean it all up.
Bring in your own alcohol
You are able to bring in any type of alcohol you wish. This allows you to have your favorite wine, beer, or cocktails available for your guests at no extra charge. We can also help you choose the right quantity for your sized group.
Hotel within walking distance
There is a hotel next door with access to a private pathway or shuttle transportation to and from your event.
Views of the famed Texas Hill Country
Our outdoor ceremony areas are perched on the tallest ridge in the area, providing the perfect backdrop for your ceremony. And with 300 degrees of windows in our upstairs ballroom and 2,000 square feet of balcony space, you and your guests can continue to enjoy the views throughout your reception.
No noise or time restrictions
You choose when you want to start and end your party. You can even purchase additional hours on the night of your event to keep the party going.
You bring in your own vendors
You will have access to a large network of amazing and talented vendors, but also have the flexibility to bring in whoever you want.
No hidden fees
There is never a charge or extra fee for cake cutting, champagne service, rehearsal time, or uncorking.
The Terrace Club is one of the only all-inclusive venues in the Hill Country and surrounding area, making our pricing structure rather different from other venues. Instead of having a flat rental fee, which typically includes tables and chairs, but not much else, at The Terrace Club your reception cost is actually based on a per person price, that is as unique to your event as your wedding day will be. As stated in the first bullet under the “What Sets Us Apart” section above, your per person price includes not only the facility fee, but also the catering (with flexibility), coordinators (at least 2 per event), all of our in-house décor and non-floral centerpieces, chairs, tables, white or ivory linens, silverware, china, glassware, and coffee bar. We also handle all of your set-up, decorating, take-down, clean up and coordination of the entire event from start to finish. Plus, so much more!
Catering at The Terrace Club is a treat all in its own. Although our in-house caterers are not required, there are many perks to working with them on your big day. Their flexibility and creativity will allow you to customize your menu from scratch after working one-on-one with the chefs. And, once you have your menu in place, you will be invited for a private sampling of your menu.
