The Terrace Club has hosted weddings in Dripping Springs since 2000, half an hour from downtown Austin. There are two ceremony sites, one outdoors among the oaks and one in the lower ballroom, so the weather never makes the call for you. With Venue Rental Only, All-Inclusive Flex, or our Signature All-Inclusive Experience, you choose the package and our team takes care of the rest: tables, linens, place settings, décor, waitstaff, setup and cleanup. Schedule a TourHow many guests can you host?
The outdoor ceremony seats 250 and the indoor ceremony 220. We have 250 white ceremony chairs, 250 Chestnut Cross Back reception chairs and 37 60" round tables.
How much does a wedding cost?
It depends on the package, the day of the week and the month: the all-inclusive packages show their per-person ranges. Guest minimums, a 20% service fee and sales tax apply. Leave your contact and our team will email you exact pricing.
How do we reserve a date?
A deposit and a signed contract, then two more payments spread over your engagement. All payments are non-refundable. We'll go through the schedule on your tour.
Do you have in-house catering?
Yes, with the Signature All-Inclusive Experience: one team, one contract. With Venue Rental Only or All-Inclusive Flex, you bring the caterer you choose.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes. We don't hold a liquor license, so you bring the alcohol and our in-house bartenders serve it. Bar service includes the bartenders, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups and bar setup.
What if it rains?
The ceremony moves into the lower ballroom: high ceilings, lots of windows and plenty of natural light. No tent needed.
How many hours do we get?
Ten hours on the day: five to get ready and five for the ceremony and reception. Events end by 11 PM, with an extra hour for vendor cleanup. You also get an hour to rehearse the day before and an hour for portraits during your engagement, subject to availability.
Is a rehearsal included?
Yes. You get an hour of rehearsal time at the venue the day before your wedding.
Do we have to use your vendors?
No. We recommend our preferred list, but you can hire outside vendors. Bar and pyrotechnic vendors must be fully licensed and insured; if yours isn't on our list, check with us before booking.
Where can our guests stay?
Sleep Inn & Suites is right next door and offers a complimentary shuttle, subject to availability, for blocks of 10 or more rooms. Holiday Inn and Courtyard Marriott are 2.3 miles away.
How far is the venue from Austin?
About 30 minutes from downtown Austin, on US 290 in Dripping Springs. The Austin airport (AUS) is 31 miles away, and San Antonio is about an hour and 25 minutes.
Is there enough parking?
Yes: 145 parking spaces, plus 5 accessible spaces right up front.
