Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use the inquiry form ("Is your date still open?"), we ask for your name, email address and phone number, plus the month, guest count and package you have in mind.

If you book a tour, the scheduling is handled by Cal.com, and the details you enter there go to our calendar.

What we use it for

Only to reply to your inquiry: to send you pricing, answer your questions and plan your visit. We may email, call or text you about your wedding date.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Who helps us

Inquiry emails are delivered through Resend. The website is hosted on Vercel, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you (Vercel Web Analytics).

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email info@theterraceclub.com and we'll take care of it.
